Details

The iPhone 15 Pro donor board is one of the few in this range where you can choose a region for the upper layer as well as the lower one. Both halves come in US and EU versions, and the upper layer is supplied without NAND.

It's a CNC-machined PCB for rebuilding iPhone 15 Pro boards with severe damage, and for data recovery when the original board can't be repaired. It isn't a complete motherboard.

Preparing for the transfer

Confirm the phone's region and order matching halves. List the parts to move and the order you'll move them in, starting with the most heat-sensitive ones.

Work with a preheater and fresh stencils. Rejoin the board, check the current on a bench supply, and test charging over USB-C, display and cellular before final assembly. A short soak test with the phone idling on the bench reveals marginal joints that a quick power-up would miss, so budget that time into your quote.
