What this website collects

• Orders: name, e-mail, shipping address, phone (optional), company and tax ID (optional), order contents. Used to fulfil and support the order.
• Accounts: e-mail and a hashed password, used to sign in and show order history.
• Contact form: name, e-mail, company and message, used to reply.
• Newsletter: e-mail address, only after you subscribe.
• On your device: the cart, wishlist, recent searches, shipping-estimate country and theme preference are stored in your browser's local storage; a sign-in cookie is set only when you sign in.

This storefront does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Payment data

PayPal payments (the live method for now) are processed by PayPal; card/Stripe may be added later and is not live. Payment credentials never reach this website.

How long we keep data

• Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
• Contact-form messages and newsletter addresses are kept until the conversation is closed or you unsubscribe.

Sharing and transfers

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the store: website hosting, e-mail delivery, couriers (name, address and phone for delivery) and, once enabled, payment providers. Data is processed in China and in the countries where these providers operate. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under China’s PIPL or the EU GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and withdraw consent you gave. Send requests to the e-mail address above; we reply within 30 days.
