iPhone 16 CNC Donor Board

Some iPhone 16 boards reach the bench after a short has cooked part of the PCB, leaving discolored areas and dead traces around the damage. Replacing the failed component won't bring those back. This CNC-machined donor board for the iPhone 16 gives you an intact PCB to rebuild on.

You can order the upper layer without NAND, or the lower layer in a US or EU version. It's a donor component, not a replacement motherboard.

Rebuild steps

Map the damaged area and confirm which circuits it affects. Then plan the transfer, moving the parts the customer's data depends on with the most care.

Use controlled heat to avoid stressing the new board. Pick the matching region for the lower layer, rejoin and test on a bench supply, then check each function before reassembly. Cameras, speakers, wireless charging and the buttons all deserve a quick look, since a missed connection on a rebuilt PCB is much cheaper to catch now than after the customer collects it.
