The Series 10 brought a thinner case and a wide-angle OLED that stays readable when you glance at your wrist from the side. Apple kept the same 42mm and 46mm sizes for the Series 11, which is why one 42mm part covers both watches. The trade-off of a screen that runs so close to the edge is that a corner knock against a door frame lands right on the glass.

Before you open a current watch
Check the 42mm marking on the case back; the 46mm part is larger and won't fit. These are thin watches with delicate flex cables, so this is a job for someone with Apple Watch experience. Use gentle heat and a thin blade, disconnect the battery before the display, and test the new screen with the case still open.
Seal it with new adhesive, and don't count on the original water resistance after the repair. On a watch this recent, a screen swap costs far less than replacing it.
