This OLED display screen assembly fits the Ultra 3 in its 49mm case. It's sold as OEM Pull, a factory Apple display removed from a donor watch.
Check warranty cover first
On a model this recent, AppleCare or the standard warranty may still apply, and opening the watch yourself can end that option. If cover has run out, or the damage isn't covered, a screen swap is far cheaper than replacing the watch.
