Buying guide

Check this first

  • Open Settings > General > About and tap the Part Number line to see the model number (it starts with A). It is also printed in small type on the back of the iPad.

  • The iPad (standard) models share some parts but not all. Every product here lists the exact models it fits, so check that list rather than the photo.

  • FPC connectors are soldered to the board. Match the pin count and check if you need the board side or the flex side.

  • Board-level ICs need microsoldering gear: hot air or a preheater, flux and a stencil to reball the chip.

  • Screens come in different builds. Read the product title for the panel type and whether the frame or small parts are included.

  • Glued back glass usually needs heat or a laser machine to remove. A housing swap replaces the whole frame instead.

  • If you're unsure, contact us with the model number before ordering and we'll check the fit.
