XZZ FIX-13 Motherboard Layered Test Fixture for iPhone 13 Series

Diagnosing a separated iPhone 13 board without a fixture means soldering the layers back together just to test them. The XZZ FIX-13 avoids that by seating each layer on spring probes for a temporary connection.

The FIX-13 is a layered test fixture from XZZ (Xinzhizao) for the iPhone 13, 13 mini, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. It uses flame-retardant, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant material with customized gold-plated spring probes, and comes in blue and red.

Tips for reliable contact

Remove old solder and flux from the interposer pads before testing, and inspect the probes under magnification for any that are bent or stuck down. Seat the board straight and press evenly.
