Details

On an iPhone 14 Pro with charging trouble, start with the easy checks: a different cable and charger, a clean port and a test on MagSafe. If wireless charging is fine but wired charging and data aren't, the port flex is the part to replace.

It brings a new Lightning connector for the iPhone 14 Pro together with the charging, data and lower microphone paths. The listing offers Original New and Original Pull, in Deep Purple, Gold, Silver and Space Black.

Typical fault findings

Under magnification, worn or bent pins, corrosion from liquid exposure and a cracked connector shell are the usual finds. Customers report a loose plug, charging that cuts out when the phone moves, no data to a computer and a faint microphone on calls. If MagSafe charging also fails, look at the battery and board before ordering this part.

Keep track of the screws and brackets around the port during the swap. Original Pull is the lower-priced option; Original New suits a customer who wants an unused part.

Before closing, run a wired charge, a data connection and a voice memo test.
