Phone Motherboard Repair Tool Kit

Most technicians build a board-repair bench one tool at a time, learning the hard way which pieces they actually need. This kit gathers a complete iPhone motherboard repair setup into a single shipment, aimed at beginners and shops adding board-level service.

The core equipment is a MaAnt Sky Eye T3 trinocular microscope with a 0.7X Barlow lens and an 11.6-inch microscope screen, a QUICK 861DW hot air station, a SUGON T26D soldering iron with a JBC C210 tip, a SUGON 3005D DC power supply, a UNI-T UT58A multimeter with 2UUL MT01 probes, a WYLIE WL-638 DC power cable and a RELIFE XA5 V2.0 inductor tester. Reballing gear includes Amaoe stencils for iPhone 6 to 17, an XZZ middle-frame platform, a Mijing iRepair MS1 desoldering platform, a reballing mat and scraper.

Work the kit covers

• No-power and short-circuit faults traced with the supply and meter.

• Failed ICs, damaged connectors and cracked joints.

• Broken traces and missing pads, repaired with jumper wire and pad lugs.

• Stacked-board separation and reballing.

The bench extras

Smaller items cover the rest of the bench: tweezers, blades and a knife handle, wick, flux syringe, UV lamp, masking tape, cleaning brushes, alcohol dispenser, mats, screw pad, storage boxes and a screwdriver set with holder.

It ships in about 0.5 cubic meters and around 30 kg, with EU, UK or US plugs. Every item is also sold separately.
