Relife RL-724A Torque Screwdriver Set

The Relife RL-724A is a torque screwdriver with a preset limit of 0.5 kgf·cm. Once that's reached, the handle spins freely, so the screw can't be overtightened.

It uses S2 steel bits with strong magnets and an anti-slip handle. Buy a single tip, Pentalobe, Phillips, Tri-point, Convex Cross or Torx, or the 5-in-1 set with a handle and five bits.

When torque limiting pays off

• Screws that strip on shields and brackets.

• Threads damaged in the frame from overtightening.

• New technicians who don't yet know how tight is enough.

Using it

Seat the bit fully, turn until the handle freewheels and stop. Removing tight screws still needs firm pressure, so keep the driver straight.

Choose the RL-724A when a fixed, stated torque matters more than adjustable settings. Keep bits clean and replace any that look worn. The set makes sense when you repair several phone brands; a single tip suits replacing one worn size. Note the torque limit applies when tightening, so loosening a stuck screw is unaffected.
