iPhone 16 Plus Earpiece Speaker with WiFi Flex Cable (US Version)

For a US iPhone 16 Plus with weak or crackly call audio, this is the matching earpiece assembly. It replaces the speaker together with its flex, which also helps when the flex was creased or torn during earlier work on the phone.

This earpiece speaker with WiFi flex cable fits the US version of the iPhone 16 Plus. Quality isn't stated, so it's listed as aftermarket.

Signs the US 16 Plus needs this assembly

• Voices sound distant or muffled even at full volume.

• There's crackling or buzzing.

• The earpiece went silent after a drop.

• Corrosion appeared after liquid exposure.

• The flex was damaged during earlier work.

Fitting tips

Make sure the phone is a US model before ordering; the international version uses a different listing. During the repair, disconnect the battery first and avoid folding the flex, since a sharp crease can crack its traces. Once fitted, check call audio and Wi-Fi before closing with new adhesive.

If the phone has had a previous screen repair, look over the other top cables while the display is open; a careless first job often leaves more than one damaged.

It's a straightforward way to restore clear calls on a US iPhone 16 Plus at a modest cost.
