Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Back Glass with Camera Lens

It starts as a small chip near the edge of the back glass on a Galaxy Z Fold 6, from a key in the same pocket. A week later, after a minor knock, it's a crack running across the panel. Back glass under tension doesn't stay chipped for long.

This aftermarket back cover glass with the camera lens fitted is made for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 (F956), in Silver, Navy and Pink.

When to replace the back glass

• A chip or crack that is spreading across the glass.

• A lens cover that's cracked or scratched enough to affect photos.

• Glass lifting at an edge, letting dust in under the panel.

The Fold 5 glass doesn't fit, so check SM-F956 first. Heat, a suction cup and plastic picks are needed to remove the old glass, and new adhesive to fit the new one. Wear eye protection, since cracked glass breaks into fine pieces, and clean the frame thoroughly so the new panel sits flat.

Replacing it early stops the crack from spreading and keeps the Fold 6 tidy.
