MacBook Air 13" A3240 (2025) LCD Screen Display Assembly

Even a brand-new M4 MacBook Air can end up with a cracked screen. The usual story is a charger brick or phone dropped into the same bag pocket, or the lid closed on a pair of glasses. On a laptop this new, a display replacement is clearly worth it compared with replacing the whole machine.

It's an aftermarket LCD screen display assembly for the MacBook Air 13-inch A3240 (2025), in Starlight, Silver, Sky Blue or Midnight, S+ Grade.

When to replace the assembly

Cracks, lines, black or ink-like spots, flickering and a backlight that stays off while the Mac clearly runs are the common reasons. Liquid spilled over the keyboard can also reach the display connection. Test with an external monitor to make sure the Mac itself is healthy; if the external picture is fine, the internal display is at fault.

Check the model number on the bottom case and choose your lid color. Sky Blue is the color introduced with this model, so if your Air is that shade, it's the one to pick.

Power down and disconnect the battery before removing the display. With the right color fitted, the repair is hard to spot from the outside.
