LUOWEI LW-319 Universal Rotary Phone Fixture

Turning a phone over and over during a screen job wastes time and invites drops. The LUOWEI LW-319 clamps a whole phone and rotates a full 360 degrees, so you turn the fixture instead.

Its aluminum alloy body has anti-slip pads, and the clamp takes phones roughly 54 to 94 mm wide. The listing names screen, battery and back glass work, plus holding boards for soldering.

Getting a good hold

Measure the phone's width first, since the clamp range ends at about 94 mm. Tighten until the phone is firm, not until the frame creaks. Rotate slowly and keep tools clear of the clamp jaws. Remove the phone case and any loose parts before clamping, so the grip is on the frame itself.

The LW-319 suits whole-phone jobs; for bare boards, a motherboard fixture such as the D3 FA gives a closer, flatter grip.
