The Galaxy Z Flip 6 has two rear cameras, a wide main camera and an ultra wide. When photos go wrong, it's not always obvious which one has failed. Switching between the 1x and 0.6x zoom levels in the camera app tells you: if only the 0.6x view is black or blurry, the ultra wide is at fault.

This aftermarket ultra wide back camera fits the Galaxy Z Flip 6 (F741). The main camera is a separate part.

Ultra wide shots are blurry through clean lens glass.

Check the lens glass for cracks first, since that's a cheaper fix. The camera is reached by opening the top half, which needs heat, picks and new adhesive. Test both rear cameras, and a cover screen selfie, before closing up the phone.
