DJI Air 2S

Details

The Air 2S's 1-inch camera is the costly part of its gimbal, and a crash that wrecks the gimbal often leaves the camera working. This housing comes with the gimbal motors already in place, so a technician only needs to move the camera across.

This gimbal housing with motor is listed for the DJI Air 2S, without the camera module. The listing names no maker, and its claim about manufacturing specifications doesn't establish DJI origin, so it's sold as aftermarket.

When this Air 2S assembly is the right repair

Several damaged gimbal motors after a crash.
A cracked or bent gimbal housing with a working camera.
Gimbal motor overload errors combined with frame damage.

Bench notes

Test the camera before ordering: if images are clear and focus works, the camera is worth keeping. Transfer it in a dust-free area with the lens covered, and protect the flex cables.

Calibrate the gimbal on a level surface and record test footage while panning and tilting. If only one motor or bracket is damaged, the individual Air 2S gimbal parts cost far less, so diagnose carefully before choosing this assembly.
