DJI Mavic 3

Details

The Mavic 3 uses pairs of vision sensors around the airframe to see obstacles and hold position. If one of their small lenses is scratched, cracked or fogged, the drone can show vision sensor warnings, refuse to brake for obstacles or drift when hovering low.

This vision sensor lens is listed for the DJI Mavic 3, and the listing describes it for the front and rear vision sensing system. It's sold as aftermarket because no maker is named.

Checking the Mavic 3 vision sensors

Clean every sensor window with a soft lens cloth; dirt causes most warnings.
Look for cracks, deep scratches or haze inside the lens.
Run the vision sensor calibration in DJI Assistant 2 if warnings persist.
Fly in good light and watch for obstacle-sensing errors in the app.

Fitting the lens

Work in a dust-free space, keep fingers off the optical surfaces and check that nothing is trapped behind the new lens. The listing doesn't say how many lenses are included or which positions they fit, so compare the photos with your sensor before ordering.

After fitting, calibrate the vision sensors and test obstacle sensing gently in open space. Clear sensor lenses help keep obstacle avoidance and low-altitude positioning working properly.
